PRE-PRODUCTION INSPECTION (PPI)

1) A visual check on the quality of components, materials, and finishedproducts at the beginning of production against client's specificationsand /or reference sample

2) The PPI thus permits timely corrections and improvements before themass production is initiated; Any non-conformity is immediatelyreported so as to avoid delay in shipment
A) Evaluate the production capability and equipments in the factory
B) Check factory's quality control ability and executive status
C) Check the accuracy of production facilities and equipments
D) Evaluate production techniques and make sure the reasonable layout of factory QC person
